The Adamas Institute of Technology is governed by experienced academicians and industry leaders. However, subject to overall policies, a free hand is given to the Principal and Departmental Heads to run and manage the Institute. Regular workshops are organized to update the total setup regarding various teaching methodologies and also regarding the industrial developments and requirements. This delivers education of the best quality and also as per requirements of the industry. An annual general meeting decides policy matters of the entire Institute. In this meeting views of all sections of the institute are taken. Finally at the meeting of the Board of Governors annual policy is decided. Quarterly and half yearly meetings of the Board of Governors review the developments of the Institute and bring necessary modification in annual policies, if required. The Principal also conducts monthly meeting with all the Departmental Heads to take stock of the ground reality and convey the same to the Board of Governors.
